Cuisinart will mail you a $25 check if you add their Stand Mixer to your wedding registry. Simply print your registry along with the offer form and mail them both to the address provided on the form.

Your wedding registry must be at one of the following retailers – Amazon.com, Bed Bath & Beyond, Bloomingdales, Macys, Chefs, Fortunoff, Linens n Things, or Williams Sonoma.

You can also receive an additional $25 check if someone buys the Stand Mixer from your registry for you. Simply mail in the second offer form along with the UPC from the box and the original receipt.
